On Free, sends pause at the hard cap. On Pro / Pro+ / Pro Max we charge a per-thousand overage at the rate on your card. We email you at 80% and 100% of your quota, and you can set an absolute ceiling so you're never surprised by an invoice.
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated — you pay the difference for the days remaining in your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period and we credit any unused difference automatically.
No. Quotas reset at the start of each billing period. The included volume is sized so most teams have headroom; if you're consistently under, downgrade — that's why we exist.
Pro+ and Pro Max include a 14-day free trial. We don't charge until day 15 and you can cancel during the trial without entering a card.
